✨ SHIPPING & ORDERS
A: Because we source our pieces directly from global designers to keep prices affordable, shipping takes about 7 to 15 business days to the US (10 to 20 days internationally).
A: We process orders super fast to get them to you quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
A: To avoid making you wait, if you order multiple items, they might ship from different global fulfillment centers. Don’t worry—the rest of your outfits are safely on the way!
🤍 RETURNS & REFUNDS
A: We want you to love your fits! We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Note: Swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
A: Shoot us an email at support@britlabel.com with your order number. Please DO NOT mail your package back to the address listed on your shipping label—our global warehouses cannot accept returns. We will send you our local return address details!
A: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
📐 SIZING & FIT
A: Our curated styles can run a bit smaller than traditional US boutique sizing. Check out our official Size Guide page for exact measurements. If you’re between sizes or buying a item with no stretch, we always recommend sizing up!
