- Return Window
We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days from the date your package was delivered to your door. Return requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted. - Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or perfume scents.
- Complete with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Bodysuits & Rompers
- Swimwear (Bikinis & One-Pieces)
- Intimates & Lingerie
- Accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses, Hats)
- Return Shipping & Address Rules
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on your shipping package! Our manufacturing facilities cannot process customer returns.
- To start a return, email us at support@britlabel.com with your order number, and our team will provide you with our designated local return address.
- Refunds & Processing
Once your return package is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items
Did you receive a faulty piece? We are so sorry! Please email us at support@britlabel.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will ship out a brand new replacement piece right away at zero extra cost to you.
